3 private sessions for $225
Private-first, matched to your instructor. The only way in, and the best introduction to Axis you could have.

What's in your 3 privates
Why $225 is the best money you will spend on your body this year.
Session one
Assessment
Posture, alignment, movement patterns, breathing, injuries and limits. Your instructor learns your body before asking anything of it.
Session two
The equipment, properly
Reformer, cadillac, chair. Springs, straps and bars, set up for you, so nothing in a class is ever a surprise.
Session three
Your program
Modifications and progressions built around what we found. Ready for a faster-paced class, or for more privates.

“We don’t give away anything for free because we believe in what we do.”
No free class. Results over free experiences.
Start with 3 privatesAfter the intro
Three paths. Your instructor helps you pick, and stays with you either way.
Keep going private
Private packages, usually once a week. Roughly half our clients stay here.
Move to classes
Never more than six. Memberships for 4, 8 or 12 classes a month, or a 10-class pack.
Both
A private a month to keep your program moving, classes in between. Duets if you bring a friend.

“I came in after physical therapy for a back injury and honestly did not expect much. Three privates in, I could feel the difference. The assessment on day one was the most thorough I have had anywhere.”

Questions
No. Everyone starts with an assessment and three private sessions, so that when you join a class you know the equipment and your instructor knows you. If you already have Pilates experience, tell us and we will place you at your level.

Not necessarily. Tell us about your experience through the form and we will place you in classes at the right level, or suggest one private to get you set up on our equipment.
We take care of it when you schedule your first session. Wear something you can move in, bring grip socks if you have them, and arrive a few minutes early. [TBC]
